Background & Experience
 
Founder of HRM Corporate Services Pte Ltd in 1993 which provides Corporate Secretarial Services and other related services to several companies ranging from Trading, Restaurants, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Multi Level Companies, Courier, Spas and companies in several other varied activities.

Mr Guna was also a part time lecturer for the Extra Mural Studies, National University of Singapore, Trainer for the National Productivity Board (now known as SPRING), resident trainer for the Institute of Shipping Management in Management, Shipping, Logistics and Marine Insurance and provided in house training for the Port of Singapore Authority personnel and external participants.

He has about 20 years experience in the port and logistics field at senior level. He held several senior positions at Port of Singapore Authority in the operations of Conventional, Container Terminals and Warehouse Operations and was awarded the Efficiency Medal, Pingat Berkebolehan (PBN) by Port of Singapore Authority (National Award) in 1988.

Equipped with vast knowledge and experience in port operation, logistics, trading, insurance, estate management, educational and corporate services. He has helped various start-up companies during their incubation period for companies in Singapore and South Asia. Mr Guna also served as a consultant for Promet (Singapore) in the tender for the conversion of part of Karachi Port Terminal to a Container Terminal.

He held several positions at various professional bodies: Vice-Chairman of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, Council Member of the Chartered Institute of Transport and the Institute of Shipping Management to name a few.

With a good track record, he has not only provided timely services to the satisfaction of his clients, but also has been able to tap his experience and expertise in providing guidance and advice in all their business matters.
Almost all HRM clients are through referrals because of their professionalism and the personalized services that they provide to the customers.
